Submission into the Western Cape Government’s proposed amendments to the Provincial Constitution (2018)

SAFCEI has sent a submission in objection to Western Cape Government's proposed amendments to its Provincial Constitution (2018).  SAFCEI’s objections relate to the proposed removal of the Environmental Commissioner position.

This submission was made with the hope of ensuring a fair public participation process in this matter.

Citizens have until 11 October to comment, support or object.
