Regional Interfaith Dialogues

Our Regional Interfaith Dialogues, launched in September 2020, to create a platform to deepen understanding of different faith perspectives on eco-justice issues.

To date we have hosted twelve online dialogues that focused on the following themes:

  • Energy and Climate Change
  • Food Security and Climate Change
  • Animal Justice
  • Waste and Consumerism
  • Land and Water Justice
  • Planetary Boundaries and Biodiversity

Each Regional Interfaith Dialogue correlates to a United Nations Special Day. This broadened our body of knowledge and helped us to link the United Nation’s key Sustainable Development Goals and our own outcomes. This also provided our faith leaders with the opportunity to interact with globally acknowledged experts, who affirmed the value of eco- justice activism grounded in faith.
