David Fig works as an environmental sociologist and political economist and has been a lifelong critic of the nuclear energy industry. He is also an author, his recent books include Staking their Claims: Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility in South Africa and Uranium Road: Questioning South Africa’s Nuclear Direction.
