FLEAT Malawi III Communique

Faith leaders, activists, and community advocates gathered for the FLEAT Malawi III follow up workshop from 13-15 May 2026 to deepen learning, strengthen advocacy skills, and build collective action for climate and eco-justice in Malawi.

From discussions on agroecology, indigenous seeds, and biofertilizers to exploring Malawi’s energy future, cage-free campaigning, and regional advocacy strategies, participants shared knowledge, reflected across faith traditions, and planned practical next steps for their communities.

The workshop closed with regional action planning, communique writing, and renewed commitment to environmental and climate justice rooted in faith and community action.
