The Open Wing Alliance (OWA) regional campaign against multi-national retailer, Pick n Pay enters its second phase due to their unwillingness to make a cage-free commitment and end the cruel suffering of egg-laying hens.

Today, we embark on a Tweetstorm against Pick n Pay, in an attempt to show them the significance of a cage-free commitment.

According to Pick n Pay’s annual Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report, Pick n Pay have listed ‘ethical and sustainable sourcing’ as one of their key priorities. Yet, they are still sourcing eggs from inhumane battery cages. Help us make them take accountability through this Tweetstorm.
