Eskom's retail tariff plan (RTP) will introduce big changes to how electricity tariffs are calculated, directly impacting small households with low to moderate electricity consumption.

The webinar will provide an understanding of the revised retail tariff plan, outline the consultation process, and prepare participants for submissions at the NERSA hearings.
