6th Anniversary event Nuclear Deal Court Case victory - 26 April 2023

Please join us on 26 April 2023 to mark the 6th anniversary of the corrupt nuclear deal court case ruling in the Western Cape High Court.

This invitation is for an in-person, and online event, to be held at the Desmond and Leah Tutu Legacy Foundation. We have a packed programme lined up with presentations by a number of experts and faith leaders in the region. Topics that will be covered include:

• Lessons from the court case in South Africa
• End of life of the Koeberg Nuclear Power Plant
• How to mobilise communities for an anti-nuclear campaign
• Nuclear energy plans in the rest of the Southern Africa.

After the presentations we will march peacefully to Parliament to call for an end to nuclear energy in South Africa.
