We explore how the awareness of breathing in and out can become a vehicle to deepen our awareness of our interdependent relationship with the natural world and each other.

Global Climate Strike - Cape Town - Friday, September 20, 2019 at 12- 2 pm. IT’S TIME TO STAND WITH THE KIDS! Meet at the greens on the corner of Cambridge and Keizergracht streets in Zonnebloem for a march to City Hall. The strike will be followed by a Week of Positive Action from 21-27 September. Everyone is invited to get their communities to participate - beach clean-ups to eco-system restoration and recycled art workshops. Let us Unitarians be a part of this important effort! Special carillon concert with Alexios Vicatos, City Hall Tower, 23 September, 7 pm - 8 pm. Alexios will be playing the carillon in the City Hall Tower, to demonstrated this often-forgotten gem. 21st Century Faith - Monday, 30 September, 7 - 9 pm. Cape Town Interfaith Initiative will host a dialogue on unpacking the relevance of the faith traditions that have been handed down to us.
